RETURNS
GBCO Clothing will accept returns within 13 days of the original order date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, unworn, unwashed, in original packing with original tags in tack. Any item not received in new and unused condition unworn unwashed in original packing with original tags in tack will be denied a refund. Please ensure the contents of your return match the return packing slip.ย Do not include additional items. GBCO will NOT be responsible for the return to you of any item received that was not approved and no gift card will be issued.
REFUNDS
Refunds are offered as store credit only. We do not offer refunds back to your method of payment. We are always available through our website chat feature to answer any questions on sizing etc. Store credit does not expire. Store credit is sent to the email address on file in the form of a e-gift card once your return has been processed.ย

We reserve the right to refuse returns which have been worn, laundered, altered in any way, stained/soiled by but not limited to (bodily fluids, deodorant stains, makeup stains, self tanner, perfume/body spray), or which have a broken seal/tampered with liners.

1. Email [email protected] please include your four digit order number in the subject.ย
2.ย Once a return request is accepted,ย we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
3. Please make sure item is shipped back within the 13 day return window. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and must be included with your return in order to be processed.ย
Please note: Every item is inspected upon receipt of return. GBCO will not accept the return of any item that was not approved or fails inspection and no refund will be issued.ย Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return.ย
GBCO is not responsible for replacing or refunding any items which have been washed, worn, repackaged, and/or damaged as a result of a try on.
CANCEL MY ORDER REQUEST
Placing an order is a multiple step process it is not done by accident. once orders have been placed they cannot be cancelled. Take the time to review your order before placing it.
